６月１９日：The premiere of The Magic Aster movie happens today in Shanghai. A couple weeks ago I lent my voice for a character. Took 4 hours for just a few minutes of lines. Turned off air conditioning to keep sound level down, so it got hot in there! Good way to keep weight off!（电影《马兰花》首映式今天在上海举行。几周前我给配了一个角色。花了４个小时才完成仅仅几分钟的台词。为了保证录音效果，当时关掉了空调，所以热死了。不过是个减肥的好方法哦）
６月２８日：Feeling no pain in my foot. About the Rockets draft…looks like we got what we wanted. I’ll be learning more about them later…I’m surprised Shaq got traded to Cleveland.（我的脚感觉不到疼痛。关于火箭的选秀．．．看上去我们得到了我们想要的。我接下来会对他们有更多的了解．．．对沙克被交易到骑士我感到很震惊！）
７月１日：Staying positive（保持乐观）
８月２日：At home resting in no pain. Thank you to everyone for all your support.（在家休息，没有疼痛感觉。非常谢谢大家的支持）
８月５日：I continue to just rest and read. Will probably stay in Houston the next 3 months to rest and do upper body workouts, then may go back to China for a short time.（我现在继续休息并且读些书。接下来３个月我大概会呆在休斯敦休息并做些上肢练习，接下来可能回中国呆一小段时间）
